Who you are agreeing with
North of Atlas is run by Nagi Solutions, a division of Nagi Consulting Group Inc., in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
You need to be at least 16 to use this site. Nothing here is built for children, and there is no account to create either way.
The board
The vision board runs entirely in your browser and saves to your own device. That has a consequence worth stating as a term rather than as a footnote: we have no copy of your board and cannot recover it. Clearing your browser data deletes it. Use the export button to keep a backup if it matters to you.
The guide
Past the Edge is a digital product delivered as a file. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your card details. You may request a refund within seven days of purchase. Contact info@nagisolutions.com with your purchase details so we can help.
Using it fairly
You keep whatever you write. We claim no ownership of your boards, your notes, or the words you put on them. The site itself, its design, its copy, and the guide remain ours.
Please do not scrape the site, republish the guide, resell access to anything here, or use it in a way that is unlawful or abusive. We may withdraw access where that happens.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or error free, or that anything on it will be accurate, suitable, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nagi Solutions and Nagi Consulting Group Inc. are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from any decision you make after using it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have actually paid us, which for the free parts of the site is nothing.
Nothing here is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those parts simply do not apply to you and the rest still stands.

The site links to other places, including search results and Nagi Solutions. We do not control those, and linking to something is not an endorsement of everything on it.
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms may change as the site does; the date at the top is when they last did, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
